Language: Nu-cu-lar redux
I can't believe it. Sarah Palin can't pronounce nuclear correctly either.
It's nu-cle-ar not nu-cyu-lar!
Twerpette (named for my dachshund Molley, the original twerpette or "goofy girl") seeks to tweak the long nose of life with humor, affection, and gravitas. I noticed that too, wondered if anyone else would, but since I don't post about politics (darn!), I can't say anything out loud. Didn't she also remind you of a "beauty queen" contestant, all cheeky smiles as she spoke about important, serious matters? Gaaakkk!!!
What's the problem with how she pronounces words? You can find many people in history that don't necessarly pronounce words just the way you might want! One quickly comes to mind is JFK. Just because someone has an accent is no reason to judge their character or intelligence!
Ignorance is not an accent!
