Aside from the sheer enormity of the economic impact that the idiocies and barbarities perpetrated by Westland/Hallmark (not the card company) on the American people ... you can't really get much lower than kicking and thrashing sick cows when they can't get up, dumping them into meat-grinding machines, and feeding them to our schoolchildren, can you? It's almost enough to make one want to feed those bastards a spongiform souffle. The offenders need to be punished -- personally and prominently. Musings: Cute always wins

My youngest son was loving up on Molley and protecting her as I prepared to shut her in the kitchen before we left on an errand. "Whose side are you on?" I asked. "Molley's," he replied.

It never fails, does it? You can be smart, in authority, funny -- whatever. The one who's cute always wins out in the end.
